Your Heart's Eye
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of website use and engaging in services with You Heart's Eye and Melissa Smith are reflective of an ethos of standing in one's power and abandoning people-pleasing.

We all have self-sovereignty. What this means:
-
The website and its creator are not responsible for anyone's reaction to anything offered on this website.
-
Each individual is responsible for their own choices, actions, reactions.
-
Visitors to this website have made the decision to peruse the site and may disengage with the content at any time.
-
If visitors do not consent to these stipulations, they may leave the website. If they do not, that is their choice and responsibility.

Flowing from above, Your Heart's Eye and Melissa Smith assume no liability or risk on behalf of visitors to this site or those who engage in the content or services provided. This is because we are all responsible for our choices and actions. This term of service is included in the Contract Agreement and clients provide consent and understanding of this by signing the agreement and going forward with receiving services. If at any point a client withdraws consent, service will be stopped. This may seem extreme but this is a key part of the ethos behind Your Heart's Eye and Melissa's practice: we are all responsible for ourselves -- it feeds into standing in one's power, no more people-pleasing, shame, or guilt for things we personally cannot control!
